This is a draft for a Colorado lawyer to review before it goes on the site. It is not legal advice and it was not written by a lawyer.
This is the page Stripe requires. Stripe asks every business to publish a refund and dispute policy, a cancellation policy, and a way to reach a person, by the time it starts selling. This page is all three. Do not take it down.
Last changed: 15 September 2026
Every figure below is the figure on the front page. If they ever disagree, the front page is right and this page is a mistake we will fix the same day.
1. What things cost
| What | Monthly | Quarterly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| The website | $1,450 once, paid in full on the call | ||
| Website Care | $149 | $447 | not offered |
| Reviews | $149 | $447 | not offered |
| Social | $349 | $1,047 | $3,839 |
| Care and Reviews | $199 | $597 | not offered |
| Everything | $499 | $1,497 | $5,489 |
No setup fee, no minimum, no fee to leave. On anything.
Reviews and Social are bought on the phone. The website and the three plans can be bought from the page.
2. Where the card is typed
On a page hosted by Stripe, at stripe.com. No card details touch carverpoint.com and there is nowhere in our system that could hold one. We never see your card number and we could not tell you what it is.
3. Quarterly is three times monthly, and there is no discount
Multiply the monthly price by three. $149 becomes $447, $199 becomes $597, $349 becomes $1,047, $499 becomes $1,497. That is the whole rule.
A quarterly price with no discount looks like a mistake or a trick, and it is neither. Paying three months up front already collects more money over time than paying monthly does, because it turns twelve moments where somebody decides whether to continue into four. A discount hands that whole gain back and then some. So the honest version is the one where the number is just three times the number, and you take the quarterly option because it is one less thing to think about, not because we shaved a few dollars off it.
4. Yearly, and the fact that it renews itself
Two things are sold yearly. Social at $3,839, and Everything at $5,489.
That is eleven months' money for twelve months of work.
A yearly plan holds you for the year, and it renews itself. We are saying that in those words because a yearly plan that quietly rolls over is the complaint everybody in this industry generates.
Thirty days before it renews, an email arrives. It names the service, the amount, the date it will be charged, and how to stop it. It is sent automatically off the same schedule as everything else in the system, and it is stamped so it goes exactly once per year rather than every day for a month. If you do nothing, it renews. If you reply and say stop, it stops.
5. Refunds
Thirty days from the first charge, a full refund. No reason needed.
What "the first charge" means, exactly, so that nobody has to guess: it is the first charge on that subscription. If you buy Care in March and add Reviews in September, Reviews has its own thirty days starting in September. It is not thirty days from the first time you ever paid us for anything.
The same window applies to the $1,450 website. Thirty days from the day it was charged, ask and it comes back in full. You keep the site, the domain and the files. We are not going to unpublish a plumber's website over a refund.
After thirty days we do not refund part of a period you have already paid for. We also do not bill you for the period after you cancel. See section 6.
Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, and they take whatever your bank takes, usually five to ten days.
6. Canceling
Monthly and quarterly cancel any time, in one email, stopping at the end of the period you paid for.
There are two ways to do it and both work.
- Email hello@carverpoint.com and say you want to stop. That is enough. You do not need to give a reason, you do not need to call, and nobody is going to call you back to talk you out of it. We confirm within one business day.
- Do it yourself from your dashboard. Sign in at
app.carverpoint.com, go to Billing, and press Cancel subscription. It is Stripe's own screen, it takes effect without anybody at Carverpoint being involved, and it works at two in the morning.
The email is the promise. The button is a convenience. If the button ever breaks, the email still works and it is still one email.
Yearly plans. Canceling a yearly plan stops the renewal. It does not end the year you already bought, except inside the thirty day refund window in section 5, where it does and you get the money back.
What canceling does not do. It does not take your website down. It does not switch off your domain. It does not delete your leads. See section 8.
7. The price you start at is the price you keep
If you sign up for Care at $149, you pay $149 for as long as you keep it. We do not raise it on you later. New customers may pay more one day. You will not.
This works the other way too. If a plan comes off the page, which the Everything plan may do if nobody buys it within six months of launch, anybody already on it keeps it, at their price, for as long as they want it.
8. If a payment fails
Nothing is taken away. Not the site, not your leads, not anything.
Stripe will retry the card on its own schedule. Your dashboard will tell you that a payment did not go through and let you update the card. We will see it too, and we will call you, because nine times out of ten it is an expired card and a phone call fixes it in a minute.
There is no part of our software that can pause a site, hide your inquiries or throttle anything because money did not arrive. That is not a policy we could change our mind about on a bad day. There is no column in the database that could express it, and the build fails if anybody adds one.
If somebody genuinely will not pay, the answer is a conversation, then handing over the keys, and that is the end of it.
9. Disputes and chargebacks
Please ask us first. Email hello@carverpoint.com or call (720) 916-1357.
We have a thirty day full refund and no cancellation fee, so almost every reason to file a chargeback is a reason we would have simply refunded you. A chargeback costs both of us money and time and takes weeks. An email takes a day.
If you do file one, we will respond to your bank with the record of what was bought, what was delivered and what was said. We will also still talk to you.
10. What is not a promotion
The yearly price is a price, not a limited offer. The plan prices are prices, not bundles with an expiry. There is no discount code, no introductory rate that steps up later, and no countdown anywhere on the site. If you ever see one, it is not ours.
11. Reaching a person
Phone (720) 916-1357. Email hello@carverpoint.com. Post: Nathan Vogt, 220 S Wilcox St, Castle Rock, CO 80104, Colorado.
One person answers all three.
